Changes to payment frequency must be requested by June 30, 2026 to take effect from the next payment cycle. Completed forms must be submitted in person to the COLCC Registration Team, Ground Floor, NISSS, Frank Walcott Building, Culloden Road, St. Michael, no later than June 30, 2026.
