Persons currently receiving a welfare benefit from the Social Empowerment Agency (SEA). If not yet registered with NISSS, registration is required online or at the COLCC Registration Hub.
Persons receiving the Special Needs Grant through NISSS. Eligible automatically — no action is required.
Barbadians aged 65 years and over with no pension or other income locally or abroad and who previously received a one-time grant from NISSS. Registration required — online or at the temporary hub.
